studies say that there like 98% or 99% effective in preventing pregnancy and stds (that is if they are used correctly)......the best prevention and the only way to be 100% sure is abstinence

They are 98% effective in preventing pregnancy and STDs. Other birth control (the pill, NuvaRing, etc) may be a fraction of a percent higher against pregnancy, but they do not protect against STDs.

In short, yes. Use a condom.

Not if you have oral before putting them on....I dont know, never really need to use them....
