I don't have my period yet!! Im 13 yrs old and ALL of my friends have their periods.....Is there something wrong with me?

There is nothing wrong with you!!! I didn't start my period at 13 either. Like you I thought that when you were 13 that is when you started your period but that's not it at all. I had a friend that started her period in the 4th grade. Which is quite early! I didn't start mine until probably 15. I can't really remember. No girl is the same..all our bodies will act different and that's totally normal. You just relax and your period will come around sooner than you wish lol. Hope that helps Sweetie!

No, there's nothing wrong with you. Lots of my friends got their first period when they were 13 or 14. It just depends on your body type. If you still dont have it by the time you're 15, you should see a doctor, but for right now you're fine. :-)

Consider yourself fortune. Not having a lot of body fat can delay the period. Perhaps you are eating right (organic, not a lot of animal protein, cows milk). In other words foods not containing much or any additional growth hormones.
Decades ago, a girls period didn't until the late teens.

okay before school started i got a physical examen and i asked the doctor i was like I'm 15 and i havent gotten my period and she said by the time your 16 the end of the school year then you should come back and get your blood take and they will check your hormones dont worry

i am 12 and i hate my period chill ok it aint that big of a deal i would have rather waited and no there is nothing wrong with my mom didnt get hers till she was 15
