Nurture.

Otherwise I would have been born with the ability to speak Greek and English without having to learn so hard.

Both nature and nurture are involved here.
Children learn the language to which they are exposed--which is "nurture." But the underlying process which allows children to learn language is "wired-in" to our brains in some mysterious way--which is "nurture."

Yes.

People are born with the ability and tendency to program languages--a "mind map" for it, you might say. What is fed into the system determines what sound units the brain trains itself to be sensitive to.

Language is 'spoken' and therefore it must be 'nurture' ... 'Nature' means that something in 'born in' or is 'genetic' or can't 'otherwise be changed' by mere 'human means' ...
