No, the amount of cellular respiration will increase, but the rate will not change unless there is a change in something like temperature.

They want tax rates increased during a recession because there are signs of recovery and they want to beat it back. Also, all Democrats always want tax increases under all circumstances anyway. The Laffer Curve, which Democrats RIDICULE when they aren't lying about it, calls for increases ONLY of rates that are below 20% and THEN only if your CORE GOAL is maximum income to the treasury and NOT economic growth. 100% of the non-retarded who ACTUALLY want tax revenues to come up - period - are calling for tax CUTS for the top 4 brackets. Want to start paying the bills again? CUT THE TOP RATES. Want to help the deficit? CUT THE TOP RATES. Need spending money? CUT THE TOP RATES. Want government & society to have to function with less & less money? RAISE TAXES. OBAMA said the recession was caused by debt, then OVER AND OVER AGAIN...he DEMANDED MORE DEBT. What baffles me is how Democrats look at about $800 billion in INCREASED INCOME and wonder how to PAY FOR IT? Bush cut taxes and we had literally 100% of economic indicators reach or approach new record highs. Then AFTER DEMOCRATS GOT POLICY CONTROL we get the greatest economic plunge since the Great Depression. Explain why Democrats PREFER that - as all of them SAY they do.
