Today, in the Math tutoring place, I was working on homeworks. If I want to be good at practicing or summarizing chapers, I have to think out loud. If people see me thinking outloud, they think I'm crazy.
So, I was working on my homework, and I was thinking outloud, talking to myself, "I should calculate this number to this number. I have to call that girl and make an appointment on this week so we can work together on solving these problems."
So, that's what I was thinking. But some guy was staring at me, he was giving weird look. He probably thought I was crazy.
Should I just stop thinking outloud?

If it helps you, no. Just ignore people who stare! Or you can tell them that thinking outloud helps you practice things.

No no. I actually do the same thing. Most of the time when i am alone. Just try to avoid doing this often in public. However, if you have a companion, guess, it would seem like you are talking to him or her. But, if you can't help yourself think outloud, by all means, DO THINK OUTLOUD! It's what makes you and I different from the others and same with each other. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

There is a time and a place for everything
if it's testing time and i hear you ramble on about somethign it may distract me and if i'm not well in a good mood i will yell at you if i'm in a good mood i would ignore it!
but your not crazy i do this all the time!
it helps me fully gather my thoughts!
don't worry so much about what other think... it hard at first but once you stop letting others control your feelings and actions you will feel so free and never look back!
"Some guy was starring at me" it was my partner and it made me feel good! even though it was followed by a laugh of you dork!" i stilll love every inch of him!
and that other dude that was staring at me i hardly knew so who cares!

Is the tutoring place a quiet place? If so, I would suggest speaking a little quieter to yourself. I know I have to mouth the words and occasionally pronounce them out loud to fully grasp the meaning of what I'm reading...however, if it's in a testing environment, I make sure that I don't disrupt others.
If it helps you, you should keep doing it. However, make sure it's in a place that tolerates noise.

If you're weird, then so am I. I think outloud all the time. If it aids you in recall and you can get away with it without getting called down for it, then go for it.

People learn stuff in different ways. It might amaze you to know that lots of people do their best work by thinking out loud. If someone stares at you, let him stare away. You are learning the way that is best for you. If he doesn't like it, he can just go someplace else.

Thinking out loud is actually extremely common. If you start arguing with yourself, that would be worrisome. When you're around someone who isn't understanding, just try not to do it, or make a joke about it.

u shouldnt as long as it helps you, its fine, but ....if its disturbing rest of the class or someone sittin beside you, then u might wnat to find new way for doing ur work. but if someone just starin coz they dont do anythin or just for the heck of it, abolsutely dont stop. and no, its not weird...every1 learns diff way....theres nothin wrong in dat. and yeh goodluck wd ur math!!.lol
