Any pregnancy will be detected by a pregnancy test kit, no matter where it is lodged (tubes, or uterus). If her tubes were tied, and the test is negative, then there's a great chance she is NOT pregnant.

Being 2 months late is reason enough to see a doctor, whether she is pregnant or not, because there could be other (female) problems involved.

(From a husband who's wife has gone through all kinds of fertility problems, including a tubal pregnancy.)

If she took a test and it was negative then she isn't pregnant.

All women go through irregular periods.

well if she was two months pregnant in her tube it would have burst already or at the very least she would be in severe pain. tubal pregnancys can not go that long.
