Sounds like severe chronic depression, Likely compounded by anxiety. Please go get help. With therapy and medication it can be controled and overcome. You have already made the first step by admitting there is a problem. It is often a medical problem. See your doctor and/or a mental health clinic as soon as possible. Don't be ashamed. The sooner you get help, the soon you can be on the road to feeling better.

I think it is a mental disorder if you can't let yourself be happy. But I don't know which disorder. Do you have high anxiety? panic attacks and that's the reason why you can't make yourself happy. Do you suffer from depression? that's a disorder too if it goes on two weeks or a month

It would definitely qualify as an irrational fear. Check out the psychology department of your local library for more information.
