1. Achilles was a Greek hero, not a god. His name was Romanised to "Achilleus". Famously killed during the battle for Troy.
2. Aeneas: another hero from the war of Troy, this time a Trojan. I don't think he's ever known by any other name. He's certainly known as Aeneas in Virgil's writing, and you don't get much more Roman than that.
3. Atlas was a Titan, not a god. Again, I don't think he's ever known by any other name.
4. Briseis was a Trojan widow, taken as a war-prize by Achilles. Her true (Greek) name was Hippodameia: Briseis just means 'daughter of Briseus'. Again, no Roman name for her.

It's really only the more significant members of the Greek pantheon who were adopted by the Romans and renamed. Here are some of the key players (Greek name first, then Roman equivalent). Hope this helps!

Zeus = Jupiter
Hera = Juno
Athena = Minerva
Ares = Mars
Hephaistos = Vulcan
Aphrodite = Venus
Cupid = Eros
Hermes = Mercury
Artemis = Diana
Dionysus = Bacchus
Poseidon = Neptune
Hades = Pluto

There are no Roman equivalents for the names that you have. With the exception of Atlas, they all are associated with the Trojan War. They are not gods.

Achilles was the Greek hero who fought in the Trojan War. Briseis was his lover. Atlas was one of the Titans of the age that preceeded the Age of the Gods and was said to have held the world on his shoulders. The Romans did not have this worldview. Aeneas was on the side of Troy and leader of the Dardanians, I believe. He is also the protagonist in the Aneid.
