i have pretty light skin and blonde hair but i want to look a little darker but still natural looking..any ideas? and how can you make your eyes look all wintery and shimmery? please help thanks!!

Well... I have similar problems. Sunless bronzer is a great option, even in the winter. But please, DO NOT GO TANNING! I did a lot of research in the field, and the diseases that tanning can cause are scary!
Apply bronzer to your cheeks, hairline, and nose. Use a creamy light white color and a light brown to apply to your eyelids. A coat of mascara and some light pink lip gloss and you're done!

Shimmery browns for the eyes or champagne.
As for your face, I would use skin brightnening face cream.

Try one of those makeup with bronzer in them I also have blonde hair and light skin. I personally have never tried them, but I have heard they look good.

you could use bronzer to make your skin look darker. as for your bright shimmery face you could use white eyeshadow with sparkels on them. then use eyeliner black perferubly then a rosy pink blush. well thats it hope i helped

maybeline whipped mousse foundation gives you great natural looking skin color. and the same brand has whipped mousse blush.. use a light pinkish color on your checks. and for your eyes, definitely use light brown/golden colors.

use peach or pinkish blush to make yourself less pale looking and more vibrant. and as for your eyes use a glitterly light brown or light colored eyeshadow and/or liner. use black mascara also.
