Three times here. July 12, then July 28th now Aug 5th. The doozy is my last LMP was October 5th and I stopped having sex at the end of October because I just didn't feel like it. Then my drive went wild after I found out I was pregnant in Nov. I guess we will find out with time which date is right. I go in for another ultrasound Jan 21st. I'll be interested to know what date that will show.

They usually take 3 or more measurements of a baby on an ultrasound to estimate the gestiational age of the fetus, and those plus your date of last menstrual cycle can make the date vary wildly. Especially if you have an abnormal cycle length.

My EDD (estimate due date) by my cycle is June 9. My EDD by the "neck skin fold test" of the baby is June 10. Based on the "rump to crown" measurement of the baby is June 1.

Maybe they overestimated your due date based on your cycle but after reviewing the ultrasound they feel more confident. But if you have any reservations about the care you are recieving, go see another doctor.

im currently 38 weeks pregnant with baby #4...(so they say) my original due date going by the day of my LMP was march 18, when they did the US at my first OB appointment they moved it to feb 19th (turns out i had a period after i got pregnant) i know the second date they gave me was definitely more accurate then the first...according to an US i just had recently this baby is currently around 9 pounds (they can be off by as much as a pound this late) so hes between 8-10 pounds right now. so id say if you had an US during the first 12 weeks or so you want to go by the due date the doctor gave you after the ultrasound.

I know, doctors are wacky. My doc gave me three due dates and I even know the exact days of possible conception (My bf's a marine and he was home for a week before leaving again). I think that the doctor uses the ultrasound to size match the baby to an 'average' baby to see when you're due.

Wow! Did they do an ultrasound? You probably got pregnant before you thought you did. I've been given 3 due dates: June 4, June 1, and May 26.

5 times?! That sounds a little overboard.! Maybe they miscalculated from the beginning and they're just getting it right. Ultrasounds are usually the most accurate way to calculate a due date.

the respond isn't extensive-unfold wellbeing Care. the respond is non-income scientific coverage. coverage companies have destroyed our wellbeing care device just to make funds. coverage companies pay hospitals to no longer do specific attempt on specific people simply by fact if the wellbeing facility did those attempt and located a ailment in a affected person, the medicine for the treatment might propose enormous $$$$ out of the coverage companies wallet.

it's all about how fast your baby is growing and when you actually ovulated, sometimes your most fertile day is at the start of your cycle, as for moving it up the day that much, I think the baby is starting to grow at a normal rate their safe to say that it'll come at the end of march/early april... p.s. when was your lmp?? check it out for yourself at pregnancy.org and do a pregnancy calendar, I'm due on April 10 and my Last monthyl period was july 6th, just something you might want to check out for yourself.
