I agree w/ the above poster. When we conceived our son, we had had sex only on the day of ovulation. We weren't trying for a boy, but it worked out that way. It's not 100% of course, but worth a try.

Start by picking up the book "how to choose the sex of your baby." I'm currently reading it. It claims to work 80%+ when trying for a boy. The main points? Don't have sex the few days before you ovulate--you'll get a girl. Have sex within 12 hours of ovulating or afterwards. There's some other pointers. It's a great book!
