Just curious because I was diagnosed based off of my physcial symptoms.

- Facial Hair
- obesity
- painful menstrual cramps

I was checked for thyroid and thats ok.

You need a scan of your ovaries and a blood test to determine PCOS. Your hormones might be off but it could be a thyroid problem. Definitely need to have that blood test and ovarian ultrasound done before they can call it PCOS. Get your thyroid levels checked too.

endometriosis has very similar symptoms. Hypothyroidism as well. They often work hand in hand as well.
