Whoa on the "you Americans." We're individuals. What's a Superbowl?

Why is the World Cup important to you Europeans? Ok maybe you aren't European but it is the same basic thing. Yeah so we hold our Superbowl yearly instead of every four years. Thing is it is about the same importance. Football is America's game. Don't listen to those crazy people that think Baseball is "America's Pastime" because honestly we don't really care about baseball. The schedule is way too long for starters. People suddenly pay attention to baseball at about the playoffs. Football fans pay attention all season.

It's important because it takes our minds off problems for a few hours, and unlike soccer games, when did you ever hear of a riot breaking out at the Superbowl ?

In baseball we have the World Series. But that lasts for over a week.

In football we have the Super Bowel. Its one game where everything is on the line. And when it's over, football is put away for another year. So, live it up and make a party out of it.

It is not at all important to me.

(PS--Because I am an American,I did not know that 'wankstain' was a profanity. It is not a word that even exists here.I thought it was a mild insult.'Ace' deserves a lot more than I have given him, believe me.Why you found it necessary to do some detective work, and then defend him, puzzles me.)

Have a pleasant evening.

Each team comes with everything to win and and everything to lose. It's the thrill of two teams giving their best efforts to win or else then lose and the dream of winning gone. It's everything at stake and it's great to see a skillfull game.
