Valentine's dinner. Do you think if I cooked her dinner, it would be more meaningful than going out for dinner? It would be her favorite foods too. Or should I take her out for dinner.

Should I cook before she comes so it's all ready? Or should I cook with her.

I think its romantic to make her dinner on valentine's nite and then promise to take her out to a special/fancy dinner on another (not crazy) nite. I would have it all ready to go when she got there. Make sure that you set the table with really nice dishes, glasses and napkins *if you dont have them, you can go to Marshalls/TJMaxx/HomeGoods and buy 2 place settings of something nice... dont forget some candle light and music...
BTW, dinner should be simple and easy to make.. you dont want to spend all nite in the kitchen...chocolate Fondue with cake/marshmallows/fruit for dipping makes a fun dessert...

Definitely cook dinner yourself. It gives you the opportunity to spend quality time alone.
If you need a recommendation, you can't go wrong with Chicken Parmesan. There are some great recipes on Allrecipies.com.
Good Luck

it would be adorable for you two to make something together. make it one you can really savor. just look up her favorite recipes for a dessert, main course and maybe a beverage to make, if you guys are into that kind of thing. i love cooking with my boyfriend, it feels really personal and we can connect like we're living together and it's just fun to see how he can cook and mes up. when you mess up, you can always have the back up plan to go out. good luck.

cook for her that is way more romantic than going to a restaraunt. my husband last year had a "picnic" in the living room ready for me with flower petals, candles, and a fire in the fireplace is was sooo romantic!
