a bike will end up hurting you knees! Especially in a spinning class because you have to stand up which is hard on the knees! I recommend swimming. It will be very good for your knee so you can give it time to rest and heal before you begin to jog again! Go to a doctor as well to make sure there is no swelling or inflammation, that could slow down the healing process! Hope you feel better soon

Great choice!

Spinning properly will not hurt your knees, (very important) get the right bike setup or it might hurt your knees. When standing make sure you have a good amount of tension on the bike and don't try to spin as fast when climbing (standing out of the saddle) this is a bad practice of many Spinning clubs. (especially for beginners)

you're on the right track. when you're running there's a lot more pressure on you bones and joints, every time you hit the pavement that measures up to 1 1/2 times youre body weight.

spin class or biking as a great way to keep up with cardio and still have fun, i like to be outside so i've really gotten into cycling.

also a good source of ginger will help with the onset of injury, addressing the inflammation. tumeric in another great herb!

good luck

cycling is a huge decision because it has much less tension on your knee, even nevertheless many spin type incorporates alot of status up which isn't so solid. yet another decision is to run alongside a sea coast.
