This is a relatively easy enough question. If you have Outlook Express 6, then when it opens on the top left hand corner there should be a button that says "create Mail" with a blank sheet of paper and an envelope. If you click on it, it will bring up the new message window, type in the "To:" part of the address and the subject (of course,) When you are done with your message you click on the 'Send' button in the top left of the new message window to send the message and that's all there is to it. Hope this helps.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

Hopefully, you have your Tools-->Accounts set up to send emails to your connection! Then the next step is easy. Either click the Create tab up in the upper left, or click File, then select New, then select Mail Message. Then you'll get the little mail message window, where you can type in the email stuff (address, subject, message) and click Send when you're all done!
