What type of isomers? Structural (or constitutional) isomers or stereoisomers? For structural isomers there would be bunches, start by moving the -OH groups around. For stereoisomers the maximum number of stereoisomers can be predicted using the formula 2^n, where n is the number of stereocenters. This one is a bit of a trick question though, and it will have less then the number predicted by the formula. (Hint: look up meso.)
