It works fine other wise, it just wont shift when its below zero. Thanks in advance

It is probably holding back overdrive until the computer sees that the engine has reached a certain operating temperature.
You say it only happens when below zero.
My guess is that you have a temp. sensor that is just on the edge of that reading.

You got tranny issues a coming the overdrives are bad for blowing out in dodge trucks from 94 up.

the reason it wont shift in to over-drive is because it is cold out side and the trans is much colder so it has to warm up before it will shift in to over-drive. it's like a diesel engine. when its so cold out side you want to drive your diesel easily till it's warmed up. i know the reasoning behind the over-drive not working till its warm but i just can't put my tongue on it right now but i hope that helps you.

Change your fluid and screen, I had wierd shifting problems with my Durango..... the fluid got gummy and the trans wasn't shifting right..... I had the fluid and filter changed and now it shifts like new.

CHANGE THE FLUID AND FILTER AND FLUSH LINES. FILL WITH PLUS 4 TRANS FLUID
