my step mom says that she will either file a divorce or we have to move...
i am not ready to move at all....i am in love with my house and i cant bear to leave it, or my neighborhood,
she is the type of woman who has my father whipped and will do ANY thing to get every single cent and object from my dad if she gets a divorce. she will make our lives a living hell. She is the most belligerent old hag i have ever met. Everything she says offends me, becuase she is so opinionated and she has run us into debt and depression. Everything I do or say isnt right and she continuously finds my faults.
The house she wants to move into is less than 100 yards away...and its uglier, and no smaller. she wants to be closer to the lake, but it is in fact farther from it.
I really do not want to lose my home, i love it to death. My mom already moved across the country and i had to abandon that place i loved too. I am still not over it...
How can i deal with this situation.it makes no sense to me

i am 15 years old...and no i wouldnt want to live with my real mom, becuase im not too fond of my step dad over there either...i tried to get to know him, but hes just creepy

Moving is the best option here... That way your parents will still be together. Your mom is the adult here and you are the child... I feel you are mostly mad at her because you dont want to move. You need counseling to help you get past some of this stuff. Sounds like your dad loves her so that is what matters and who knows maybe when you grow up you can buy the house you live in now. Where is your real mom? Could you live with her?

Ouch, Sounds like your step mom has issues. Not much you can do its the bed your dad made and now the best think you can do is to talk to your dad and express your concerns but being how he is whipped he will only do what he thinks will cause him the less grief. Are you sure that your not only looking at it from a son that despises your step moms point of view and don't want to give her a chance or from a honestly concerned son that's not overreacting to his stepmothers view because shes not your real mom. Just think about your feelings open minded.

sorry honey but this is between your stepmom and dad. they need to work things out and it sounds like he needs to grow some kahuna's and step up to the woman.
she's threatening divorce if she doesn't get her way or are there much bigger problems here? he needs to stand up to her, for both your sakes.

Sorry to tell you this but there is nothing you can do about this. You are under age and you have to live where they tell you to live. If they want you to move to Seseame Street get to packing and befriend Elmo:)

Tell your dad your feelings. I doubt that she will divorce him if he does not agree to move. If she does, he is better off without her.
