Adolf Hitler did not have a son, although Hitler biographer Werner Maser claimed he did, but the evidence was dismissed as being erroneous.

Hitler's half brother Alois, Jr. (son of Adolf's father, Alois) had a son named William Patrick Hitler, who moved to the United States, joined the Navy, and for obvious reasons changed his last name, to William Patrick Stuart-Houston. He had four sons, all of whom have vowed not to have any children and thus die with any portion of Adolf Hitler's genetic line dying with them.
