Here's a couple of hints:

Definately work on your quads and calfs. Don't expect to move the big guys with your arms. I'm 140, and i can lift 270 with my calfs. (3 sets of 30 reps). So when a big guy comes, i'll just check them and drive my feet. Of course it will take a while to get to this level, but you'll see improvement quickly.

Since your smaller, you'll probably be quicker. Not quicker as in speed, so much as agility. Learn spin moves, head/foot fakes, etc. A great way to lose a man is to do quick cut moves or even double cuts (cut one way then quickly cut the other).

But keep this in mind. Someone who is 100 lbs. can check just as hard as a guy who is 200 lbs. The smaller guy just has to run twice as fast. So if you arn't afraid to run at a guy full speed (and you can always work on this) you can probably run over some of the bigger guys. Now i'm not saying run at a 300 lbs kid who's running straight at you....they invented spin moves for that.

Good Luck!
