i have tried everything i have deleted programs..scanned my computer..even moved my computer...so please help if you have eny sugjestions please post...its only on the game window not on the home page not on enything else only the game window or page so help me...............please i need help.....i reported the bug to jagex 3 times and it still is happening so if you have eny ideas on how i can fix thbis then tell me

Well First off if your a nonemember become a member there servers run much faster.
Second there are two ways to run Runescape with Java or with your computers Prosesing power,One runs a Program (Java) that runs Runscape for you and can only go as fast as the Program is running.
The other uses your extra PC power so if your not running anything else try this opsion,Change it by clicking the Small banner under High and Low definision.

It's those stupid banner adds at the top of the screen. The ducks do it every time and I think the newest add to do it is an iPOD add. I really hate that. You can refresh and log back in it usually changes the adds that way
