Park it in a heated garage for about 2 hrs. then spray some WD-40 on it afterwards.

If you are due for an oil change, simply go to the shop and let them get it open. Many times, while the car is being worked on, the heat in the shop is enough to thaw out most cars.
An easy way is to use a HAIR DRYER. Get a couple extension cords and run it out to the car. Concentrate the heat in the FRONT- CENTER of the hood, where it meets the grill.

Try an electric blanket on the hood of the car for a couple of hours, or you can put a small heater under the engine compartment and let the heat work it's way up under the hood.

Assuming you can start and run the car, the heat off the engine and rad should do it.

Otherwise, you could try a hair dryer or a heat gun. Just be careful not to ruin your paint or burn yourself.
