Considering the country of Egypt is on the continent of Africa, then YES, they are Africans!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Yes, Egypt is in Northern Africa. Like the previous answers geographically they are African, ethnicity they might class themselves as Arabs.
What do you mean by the term African? How do you define the term African? Once those questions are answered you might come up with a better answer for your self.
In response to omouse, Canada is in North America, but that does make them Americans. Just as someone from Brazil which is in South America would not call themselves American. It is generally well known that when someone states they are American they are referring to the United States of America.

Geographically yes. That's asking the same questions as "Are Canadians Americans?" Sure! They live in North America.
People tend to use the word African instead of Black, but there are plenty of South Africans who are White, and still call themselves African.
Very few Canadians think of themselves as American, though. It sort of sends them bristling. ;)

Geographically yes. Ethnologically some are African, others middle eastern. Probably a bit of Roman and Greek in there as well.
