Autonomous means you make your own choices. Agentic in this context means that you act as an agent or representative of some other person or institution.

A very interesting question and correct as when I was working as a general manager I did not see any need to be obedient so I was autonomous but my hobby is working as a housemaid and then I need to be obedient and I am then, of course, agentic
