Only when all is quiet like at night but YES! In fact, I have had to take a clock off the wall and put it under clothes in my drawer so I would not hear it anymore.

Sometimes. Dragon used to have a clock in her office and it ticked super-loud, so she had to get rid of it.

If I have something on my mind, I like it because I can concentrate on that and fall asleep,,,,if I don't and I'm trying to fall asleep, yes, it annoys me sometimes
