Search for the drivers on the internet, or at the mp3 makers website. That might work

if ur using an old windows OS (before win 2000) then your computer might not have the drivers to recognize mass storage media(mp3 players, flash discs, etc...). or, you might have to do more than connect your mp3 player to the computer. or your mp3 player might be broken, hope you kept the recipt.

try a another/brand new flash disk. if it works, that means your original flash disk has gone bad. if it still doesn't work, that means your mp3 player has gone bad.

First install the player's driver properly. If not yet solved, then try to install/upgrade driver for your USB. refer to your MP3 player's manual.

I even have an particularly large CD sequence....which includes maximum of my music in terms of quantity.....yet I in all probability spend extra time listening to music I even have "bookmarked" from YouTube on my laptop these days. i don't have an Mp3 participant.

i have the same problem , but i was told by my father( knows alot about comp. ) that the comp. needs to get fixed .
