Well, not having your period is the first sign of pregnancy for most women! However, if you're on Depo-provara or have some other medical reason to not have your period, chances are very slim you would become pregnant. Of course, you can always double check by buying and taking a pregnancy test. Here is a site that lists some other early signs of pregnancy as well:

There are usually other signs accompanied. Breast tenderness almost similar to pms symptoms. Sometimes period like cramps (with or without spotting) that you feel like your period is going to come. Food aversions and cravings can be very early in your pregnancy. For me it was even before my missed period. Sometimes nausea or vomitting (though normally occurs 6-8 weeks (do not be surprised if you have it right away, later or not at all) of pregnancy. Moodiness also similar to pms symptoms can be noticed sometimes. Also, I had a runny nose and stuffy ears of course not all women get this as well. Some people don't know. I had a feeling so took a test 4 days before missed period and it was positive. Pregnancy test if you don't have a period are the best too.

figure out how late you are. If it's more than four weeks make an appointment with your doctor. Just because you missed your period doesn't mean you're pregnant. Also there are a number of things that can alter a pregnancy test, so don't go by those results.

you can't get pregnant if you don't have your period. how old are you??? 10???? omg having playful activity at your age??? wow. wait for 10 years at least.
