I feel so sorry for you and I'm doing the same thing! Going cold turkey trying to quit smoking and yes i have the same relapse and feel incredibly guilty for having 1 drag of a *** but your to remember your only human and not to punish yourself. you will eventually get to a faze were you can say that you don't need the odd ***.So stop giving yourself a hard time.
As for trying for a baby the more you try the less likely its going to happen so just be as relaxed as possible with yourself and chill out for a while but good luck with it all i will keep my fingers crossed for you

I smoked 20 a day for 10 years and I knew the only way I would ever quit is if I fell pregnant, I enjoyed it too much. A year before I did fall pregnant and quit I had some trouble with my lungs and was told cancer was not ruled out and still I smoked, sounds stupid I know but even being told at 22 I might have lung cancer was not an incentive for me to quit. People often forget how hard it is and non smokers won't always get it either.
What you need to do is relax and be honest with yourself. I knew that the only way I would quit would be if I fell pregnant any other time forget it so when I did fall pregnant it somehow was easier for me. Sounds stupid but I believe because I was honest and relaxed about it it worked for me. I bought some patches and gum but didn't use them in the end I just went cold turkey, my worst day was the third day and i just got a bit ratty other than that things were allot easier than I thought.
A few things that might help is to try as much as you possible can to stay away from situations where you'll smell or see someone smoking, I know that's a stupid thing to say but every little things help.
Just remember be honest, ask yourself the likely hood of you actually quitting altogether and work from there. Don't beat yourself up or get upset with yourself as you'll find that'll make your craving worse.
Remember to praise yourself as well, having the odd half of one is an achievement and don't let anyone else tell you differently.
Good luck.
