DOes anyone know about biodiesel?...One biodiesel supplier said i should get a full service very near to when car was due for servicing - couldn't say when - didn't want to give the wrong answer?. Yet another said just change the fuel filter after 2 tanks. He had a landy that packed up after 4 1/2 tanks without fuel filter change. Is a blocked filter likely to affect my car starting in the morning? Not sure if I can change it myself, just ordered the Haynes manual - should i be tampering with it - as a complete novice? My MOT is due in March, so thought i could save pennies with booking both together.

the supplier is http://www.etruk.co.uk/html/faq.htm#FAQ4
and they tell me i don't need to preheat it. this morning I had real problems starting it - but it started on the first try only just. mind you it was -6C or something last night. The supplier did mention his wife has 20% normal diesel in the winter.
PS the car is out of warranty anyway.
