How do you put music on an MP3 player?

Please be as helpful as u can! I just can't get it right! Please HELP!

ok do you have windows media player go to that. And take your Cd and copy it to the computer and once you have it on the computer under your playlists you can push the synchronize button and download your music onto. but if you are downloading from the internet you have to pay for the music. you can email me if you want.
