Are there a lot of men out there who don't wear anything under their clothes?

It is ok for a man not to wear underwear. Common I am sure it is. Alot of men actually feel more secure and sexual by not wearing it.

Yes, it's pretty common. Men sometimes don't like to feel restrained in that area. Some can't stand underwear or boxers so they just don't wear anything.

It's common to go commando. I wear underwear to work and most social engagements, but at home I just "Hang".

I can't speak so much for other men, but I myself do not like breifs due to the "crowded" feeling and sweat, and boxers always ride up my legs and get bunched up, so I usually go without either. Of course, when I'm home, being a practicing nudist, I wear nothing at all. Much, much more comfortable.

No, it is not common to go 'commando' as we'll call it sometimes...
In fact it is not healthy. Men should really wear briefs as much as possible. If your testicles are not properly supported you're much more likely to injure them somehow, by accidentally getting hit, landing on them, etc. My doctor told me some horror stories about this once...
Of course if you're an athlete, you should wear an athletic support, when you're on the field.

I frequently wear no underwear. Of course, I also keep myself absolutely clean, if you know what I mean.

not normal I can't do without them but a lot of young guys do not like underwears.They may just have boxers.
