I have a second interview tonight to be a Property Manager for a 77 unit building in Hollywood, anyone have any tips for me please, I am so nervous!!

If you are going back for a second interview, they like what they saw in the first one. Be yourself. Relax! Just be confident and forthcoming when you talk to them!
In my experience, all the interviews after the first ones are cake. It means somebody liked what they saw in you, so they are interested in seeing more, or showing you off to someone else.
You should be more confident in yourself if for no other reason than just because it's a compliment to how you did on the first interview that they want to see you again!
Just relax and go kick ***, girl!

Let them know you are educationally qualified for the position, you know when to be friendly and when to be friendly firm. You know the difference between hardship stories and crap. Let them know you are a dedicated employee and you really want to work there and you are sure you will do a great job for them.
