Now, I'm just new to this Yahoo! Answers thing but I'm seeing a lot of questions recently from who-knows-where attacking Americans football, followed with attacks against regular football (soccer), and vice versa. What's up with this?

They think it's weird that we call it football, because they call what we call soccer, football, and they have rugby which is basically like American football but without all the gear.

I think they are just arrogant, and they like to moan about it because it's American. Some people are always hating on anything American. I live in Toronto, Canada and we have Canadian football, which is basically the same as American except for one rule, and it's really stupid, which is why everyone in Canada watches the NFL instead of the CFL, because the NFL makes more sense and it's more fun.

But yeah, it does get annoying how they complain about it, and they always complain about how the MLB has the "world series" when it's not a world sport. Europe has their own way of doing things, and we have our own way in North America, so they should just shut up and respect that lol.
