I don't think you need to dress up for this kind of concert. I think a pair of jeans, ballet flats, a nice shirt/cami and a blazer would be just fine.

I think a nice dress pants would do or a knee length skirt or longer, your pick. For a top something cute and your could wear a blazer over it.
