One Super Bowl doesn't make a legend...except in Brett Favre's case...and your list is messed up...Manning is not ahead of Tom Brady, who has 3 rings...

1. Joe Montana
2. Terry Bradshaw
3. Tom Brady
4. John Elway
5. Brett Favre

Uh...Gee...Peyton didn't make the list...I would say he's probably in the top 10 though...

It's too tough to rank QB's. Favre deserves a place on this list. So does Bradshaw, Staubach, Starr, and even Jim Kelly.

In terms of numbers and only numbers...Peyton Manning is on his way to being #1. His TD-INT ratio is ridiculous, it beats everyone else on that list. He'll pass everyone but Marino (soon to be Favre) in yardage (and he's got the time to do it).

But in terms of intangibles, I think it still starts with Joe Montana.

1. Montana
2. Elway
3. Bradshaw
4. Marino
5. Brady/Manning

If he wins a couple more Super Bowls, he would move past Brady and Marino.

Manning is a good QB, without doubt. But I still wouldn't put him in my Top 5 just yet. With 40+ years of watching the NFL here is my Top 5 QBs in that time:
1) Elway
2) Marino
3) Unitas
4) Staubach
5) Montana

Well, it's subjective, but I think he's better than any of the other QBs you've listed....certainly Elway. You're talking about him in the Favre/Unitas category now i.e. he's a certified, no-doubts-about-it winner with an incredible stat sheet...

#1, he has broken just about every one of these guys records, look at his stats and records.touchdown record in a season, passer rating,QB to rec. record, without Manning the colts would not have gone anywhere,he has 85-90% of these guys records. He ranks number 1
