Rudy Giuliani is a horrible canidate. I wouldn't vote for him to save anybodys life.
Sidebar: I highly doubt u'll move to Canada if Clinton wins. You survived 8 years of her already, and if u can survive the last 6 without getting upset with the republican party and their total 180 on government intervention I'm quite certain you stay for her.
