My period is 3 days late but I've been having symptoms as if it was coming. I haven't take a pregnancy test yet but I have had back pain, stomach sickness, tired and sore nipples. What do you think is wrong.

Could be nothing but a late period, could be something.
If you're at risk for pregnancy, a test would be accurate now.

Could be many things - or nothing. If it still hasn't arrived in a few days take a test or see a doctor.

I would go get checked asap. I can't say for sure but it sounds like you might have something else wrong. I wouldn't play around with this.

if you think there is a chance of being pregnant you should do a test.Or wait a few days maybe your cycle is late.sometimes that can happen if you are stressed out

It could be your body is changing or adjusting to something.
It could be fibroids.
You definitely should see a Gyno, either way.

take a test its the only way to be sure if you have been sexually active!
