hey, i'm thirteen too! here are some ideas: SKIN MAKEUP - first wash your face with a face cleanser any should do. leave it for about two minutes. then rinse. apply concealer under your eyes (on the bags) and underneath your brow bone, this will make your eyes pop. apply concealer on any spots too. if needed apply foundation or pressed/matte powder. then dab your blusher brush into the blush and apply at the top of your cheek bone. TIP: always stroke diagonally! never stroke in a straight line this will make it seem un natural. EYE MAKEUP - using an eye definer outline the underneath of your eye. do not go all along the bottom. make sure it is closer to your eye than your skin. apply liquid eyeliner if wanted/needed. a dark brown eyeshadow will compliment your skin tone. and mascara if wanted. this is my daily makeup :) hope it helped. hmm i dont know why people are wearing makeup so young... kids are naturally pretty. they just need to take care of the their skin and hair and body, you should only start wearing makeup if you need to. if you are still pretty w/o it then why wear it? it makes you look fake and makes people wonder what you look like w/o it. most kids i know usually start wearing it in middle school, but usually just lip gloss and a little mascara. kids who wear to much just look kinda strange to me but o well if you break out or something i think its fine to wear cover up or something. so uhhh yeah basicly probly start with a little in middle school!

i started in 6th-7th grade!!
6th grade=concealer
7th grade=powder, clear mascara
8th grade=lip gloss, black/black brown mascara, foundation
9th grade=eyeshadow and eyeliner if i wanted too
so i started in 6th grade and my mom gave me ages that i could use other certain makeup since then.

i started when i was in 5th grade so i was 10 and 11 but i only wore light colors and brown mascara and moisturizer but that was all
