DHL parcel service was used by the US company sending from US to UK, the tracking number supplied by the US seller / sender is not recognised by the DHL system in the UK ... ! According to the US seller , the date the parcel arrived in the UK was the 19th December 2006. Message posted 5th February 2007

It sounds to me as if the seller may have mis-quoted the number.

Does DHL (US) recognize this number you have been given?

as far as i am aware the sender must claim off the carrier for a lost parcel so presumably the sender in the USA has to claim off dhl .but it depends how long its missing as it may yet turn up .

I think the person who sent it must work with DHL.
