why is talking about breastfeeding vile? it is natural. your breastmilk will go away in a few months but you may always be able to extract a bit of colustrum for a long time.

For a start, breastmilk is not vile!!! What a shame you only fed your son twice, although I do understand it is difficult for some women to breastfeed. Your milk will dry up eventually, but if you're really worried, talk to your health visitor.

Absolutely nothing to "worry" about and there is nothing "vile" about it. It's possibly a shame that you did not breastfeed him more [what could be easier? just pop him on; none of that messing with bottles] but there could be milk there for a long while. Simply being around you son might stimulate it!

no it can last for some time after your baby is born. if you tried to express it now you would find you only have a few drops. if your seriously worried go and see your doc, but i was still able to express a drop or two until about a year after i stopped feeding

well I would talk to a doc. if you only did it when he was first born then it should have gone away like at least 5 months ago. try to take benadril and use cabbage leaves in your bra for at least a week and if you still have it make sure you go to the doc. so he can give you a pill to make it dry up!

A year after breast feeding I still had milk. stopped when I went on the pill. Some people may have it for longer -hormonal thing

well it means you're healthy when it doesnt go away..haha that is what your body is supposed to do..slack off your fluids (dont drink all that water!) because that is what produces MORE milk..so slack off for a week or two and you will "dry up" faster when that happens your baby will not want to feed as much and will be easier to taper off! goodluck!

You should have dried up a few weeks after stopping. I would see what the doctor says.
