Have tried to reserach this for several hours. I must be missing something so simple.

I think u mean neutrophil....they are a type of white blood cell and specifically a granulocyte...they contain tiny sacs containing enzymes that help the cell to kill and digest micro-organisms by phagocytosis...and they also contain a segmented nucleus

The tiny sacs are called lysosomes, neutrophils release them when activated.
