Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts, select "Change the way users log on or off" > Select "Use the welcome screen", select "Apply options", select the guest account and select the "Turn off guest account" option, remove all other users, then reboot. That should do it for you.
Of course, this assumes that you have already turned off the "require password" option. Notice, you can also use the TweakUI tool from Microsoft to make a lot of these changes quickly without detailed knowledge of all the buttons and switches to tweak manually.

If you are talking about when you boot XP to go to your "account" in the computer, You must go to Start-Control Panel-Users Account-and (if you have more than one accounts)"Change the way users log on or off".
"To specify that users log on to the computer without using the Welcome screen, clear the Use the Welcome screen check box.
The Welcome screen will no longer appear when you start the computer. To log on to the computer, type your user name (and password, if you have one) in the standard Log On to Windows dialog box."
If your have your account, turn off the "Guest" account on Control Panel-Users account. After this, you will log-on directly to your account.
