Someday when I was 13 yrs old,my teacher told me "cnotrol yourself"I got that and I did,but the the problem I can't keep it.FOR EX :10 I can control and other 10 days I can't..WHY I CAN'T KEEP IT?WHAT I HAVETO DO?HELP ME PLEASE...

Your teacher expects you to be self-disciplined, and that is a VERY reasonable expectation. She puts it as a command because she expects it--by the age of 13, you should have learned this already. If you haven't, learn it now. No one else will teach you, nor even help you with this. All they'll do at this point is lock you up. That's right, if you don't control you, people will find someone else to do it for them, and you will not like it. (They make sure you don't like it because they don't want to have to do it for you in the first place.)
