I get nautious a lot. All of the sudden I will feel really sick, but not throw up. It's not possible that I am pregnant because I have never even made out with anyone. Also I get moody sometimes. I take it out on my sister and its hard. I try not to bud I always do. Do you know what it could be?

I am not depressed. I am always smiling except when I get moody (rarely) but I am mostly wondering what the nautiousness is.

Well you have to look at a couple things:
Does this happen when you have your period or around the time?
Are your eating habbits healthy?
It could also be a medical promblem like a mild case of Bi Polar, depression, or anxiety.

I have Anxiety and Depression and sometimes it would make me pass out and feel really hot and nautious from the anxiety from the depression i would get moody sometimes and just quiet the rest. But you know when it gets to that time of the month then we all get moody and feel crappy so it depends what situation you are in if you want to talk about this issue more feel free to message me because i have alot of the same stuff going on. Good Luck Girl!

It may be that you are just going through changes. I was very moody as a teenager and I found out that it was a hormone inbalance.

It may be anxiety. I had and still have the exact same symptoms. Head to the doctor and just talk about it. Medication definitely helped me. Good Luck : )

Have you started your period yet? If you haven't, you probably will soon.
