It depends wether or not you define yourself and feel more sexual when you wear them. If to you black panties are a symbol of your sexuality then you are more sexual. Otherwise it probably doesnt matter wether what colors your panties are.

yes, i think black really represents the devilish and naughty sexual sides that we all have. i tend to wear black bra and panties when i get really horny.. i love pink and red too, as i love to adopt the femine colors into my wardrobe..
i rarely wear blue panties, even though they do make women's blue panties.. i just tend to reject anything masculine..

Black and rainbow panties are amazingly sexy to me. Black is typically considered a more sexy and mature color, that's about all I know.
