6 speed, every option.. think i made the right choice?

Good car as long as you follow the service schedule (at minimum, oil changes and air filters), owner's manual and make sure the engine is warmed up before you turn it off (e.g. moving the car to let someone out or into a driveway - if not you could have a no start condition). rotary engines tend to become flooded if not allowed to warm up properly - nature of the beast. otherwise, the car should be good to you. just read up on owners experiences - preferably from people living in your area (cars behave differently and have different problems depending on the climate).

You should've looked at the Mazda Speed3 or Speed6, both blow the RX-8 away in performance for the same price, though not as good looking.

Personally, I'd prefer a 1989 VW Polo Ranger. Its the one with the rev counter and red 'sports' trim around the dials.
