depends on where you live but in the US that's pretty good the average penis size in the us has gone down to 5.5 inches from 6 maybe 8 or so years ago. So congrats.

If you have a 13 inch penis, and you think you are way small, well, you are way off, most adults dont even have that long unless you are measuring from the bottom of te butt... you should measure form where the penis acutally starts
