Papa Roach, part of the Nu-Metal scene - Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park etc. They appeared at the same type - with rap-like lyrics over hip-hop beats with heavy guitars. It's exactly the right sound.

Some may now consider them Nu-Metal, a more rock sounding "singing" style with hip hop beats

Teeny bopper garbage music.. but I don't mean that in a bad way. I used to work with a guy who listened to it all the time and when he didn't have a CD player he talked about it...
It got really old, so I may be biased slightly.
