Looking at 42'' - this too big?

42 in the living room which is 20x17. It depends on the space. Believe it or not if the TV is too big it's hard to watch and not worth the money.

Mine is a 51 inch LCD screen. It is awesome! 42 is definitely not too big if you have a good sized room. The only downside to a big screen is that normal TV programs are really not filmed with good quality and often look poor on the TV. Movies and HD programs look great though. The Super Bowl was awesome to watch on the big screen. :)

42" is a good size.. Depends what size room you are going to put it in.

WE HAVE A 62 IN OUR 'MOVIE' ROOM. A 42 IN THE BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM, AND A 36 IN THE EXERCISE ROOM. ALL WITH THE DISH AND SURROUND SOUND
